Since Uncle is new and totally unfamiliar to the entire PP product line, it would help him a LOT if you include the PIP number with your order. Otherwise, you can't really blame him for bringing in the wrong order.

You can get WM goods online with credit card / paypal. I recommend Maelstorm games. 8 - 10 days delivery from the UK
