New Character Jacks

Just a quick itor, Jon here. Played only one game at that shop in Kota Damansara with Jason. Haven't really had the time for a 2nd game. Sorry. anywya just thought i'd share pics of the new character jacks shown at gencon. They're come in blisters of metal bits that you add on to the existing plastic jacks.

Not anytime soon unless you were at gencon in US. Maybe some guy bought heaps and might try to offload it on EBay but for me i think i'll just wait. We have Hordes Mk II to look forward to alreayd. I'm still waiting to see pics of Bethayne for Legion.

The new character jacks are slotted for the next WM expansion, WM: Wrath.

Each faction will be getting a new character warjack with NO imprints (except scyrah). They have something called a "special issue" which allows them to bond and be taken into their character's respective tier list.

The following at the character's jacks.
Triumph [Cygnar] - Siege (based off a Defender)
Torch [Khador] - Strakhov (Based off a Decimator)
Malice [Cryx] - ? (Based off a Reaper)
Scourge of Heresy [Menoth] - Reznik (Based off a Vanquisher)
Discordia [Scyrah] - Rahn (Based off a Manticore I think. I'm not a scyrah expert... yet)

Note that there are lots of hordes spoiler too like gunbjorn, spell martyr and a pic of hakaar.


I must say, I am truly excited about Torch but abit dissapointed that Strakhov didn't get a character kodiak. MAT 7 sustained attack with potentially superiority online? both gunfighter and virtuoso? IMMUNE TO COR/FIRE (god I hate getting hit by these annoying 2 abilties)? sign me up!

Also, discordia having a SP 10 POW 14 attack and an insane imprint is WOW!

Also excited for Torch, and doubly excited that the Retribution also finally gets their own character Warjack. But on Adeptis Rahn...? Was hoping for Dawnlord Vyros but beggars can't be choosers.

Well if I were to play scyrah, Rahn would be my caster.

Thank god I bought and learnt how to play Strakhov. With Torch, his should be an interesting army indeed. Perhaps it's time I got myself some Assault Kommandos?

Imagine Torch, AKs, Strakhov and Gorman smoke grenading the entire field. haha!

I'm wondering when they would be for sale for the mass market. Would be interesting to see one of us using any of the character jacks for our army.

Well, they are released during WM: Wrath, which is next year. Looongg way more man.

Didn't see it on the website though i must say i looked at it after monday. You sure about this? If so then i guess i misse dout on a good opportunity.

Anyway I saw some of the new character warjack blisters on sale on eBay, but I'd suggest against getting it if the price is too high, since its coming for normal release anyway

Torch mostly cos the bits are cool and Triumph will go nicely with me Siege. Probably gonna use Kara as a Journeyman.
