WMM Season League?

Since I've read Arzmi's post, the running league idea thing bothered me to no end. The problem with the official PP tournament leagues is that we don't have the time to cramp in everything within the said amount of weeks (well, maybe we can, but it's a big undertaking).

Why not have a running league based on our random weekly games and keep score of it here in the forums? I really don't have an idea for a prize though, unless we pool money and buy a revolving trophy cup or something. We'll even make a leaderboard and weekly/bi-weekly match-ups so we can play anytime we're free. Or even mix up other formats like 2v2 or mosh pit, etc.

Eventually there'll be a semi-final and final bracket that we can all meet up and make a small party afterwards :3 And category winners like best painted, most kills, etc.

Any opinions? I'm throwing this out here because I really can't sleep (literally) after reading Arzmi's post with this dangling on my mind.
