eh eh... i have got to ask... anyone of you have seen skarre alternate sculpt? not epic, just prime. Is it limited edition like Eyriss?

yeah its ok basically i wan my helljack and skar first XP b4 i boost up thier support or maybe when i meet u would want to ask question first on if they stay do can they direct cast magic or i have to alocate focus on them

I have not seen it but I know someone has it ,
Its not limited edition its just a new sculpt like Butcher 2010

Spells can be cast anytime b4 or after action/movement.
For Warcaster Focus allocation only can be done during control phrase. Means the allocation must be done b4 u activate a model or cast spell.

However Warwitch Siren its a exceptional case,
She can allocate focus during her activation to a jack who dosen't have one.
But she can only other allocate Focus or Cast spell b'coz its a Special Action
