P.P. Customer Service Empty P.P. Customer Service

I sent a letter to PP regarding the missing part from my Cygnar starter. I got a reply from them this morning saying that the part will reach me in 10 working days. Gave my address and particulars. So far so good. Anyone else had missing items and had to contact customer service?

I was missing the Widowmaker leader fig in my box way back then. Sent me a new fig they did Smile
