Here's a summary of the new changes.
Core rule changes
- Eyeless Sight ignores concealment (p. 57) and Stealth (p.34)
- Charging model is stopped if it contacts a model, an obstacle, an obstruction, or if it is pushed, slammed or thrown.
- Warjack/Warbeast can spend focus point(s) to make more attempts at breaking weapon/head locks after initial attacks are made.
- If a frenzied warbeast cannot immediate activate in the ctrl phase (i.e. Stationary, KD, etc), it loses its activation and is no longer frenzied. You can then remove any number of fury points from it.
- Tweaks on bonded abilities in Appendix B.
Faction-based changes
- Extended Control Range (i.e. Hunter, Stalker, etc) now not only affects for focus allocation but also for control area based spells/feats.
- Side Step now only triggers on hitting an enemy model. A power attack does not trigger side step.
- Paralysis and all of its effects only affects living models now.
- Cygnar: Storm Lances’ ranged weapon gains “damage type: electricity”.
- Cryx: eGaspy’s feat’s returned models are not incorporeal anymore but gain ghostly instead. In addition to that, they cannot be attacked or damaged for one turn.
- Merc: Phinneus Shae ‘s Storm Rager spell only affects faction warrior models now.
- Trollbloods: Krielstone Bearer’s Protective Aura now affects itself too.
- Circle: Druid’s of Orboros’s Counter Magic now makes the unit’s leader cannot be targeted by enemy spells.
- Legion: Bayal, Hound of Everblight is now an Officer.
- Legion: Blackfrost Shard is a Blighted Nyss Character Unit.

What do you guys think?
The biggest has to be addressing the eyeless sight and frenzy issue. Eyeless sight now ignores stealth totally (yay to intervening models!) and what happens after not shaking the stationary/kd effects of your warbeasts is addressed properly.
I also love the Extended Control Range "fix". My Stalker and Hunter can now roam freely while still be under the effects of my feat.
They continue to nerf eGaspy's feat as it seems like they didn't get it right the 2nd time around. Hopefully the 3rd time's the charm!
