Facing while Knocked down and getting up
Just recently discovered this.
1) While you are knocked down, you retain your facing (therefore backstrike rules still apply; i.e. pMagnus)
2) When getting up from being knocked down, you are not free to choose your facing. You retain facing.
This differs from Mk.I and is something that most players did not catch during the transition from Mk.I to Mk.II.

Ah in that case turning a model backwards to represent knockdown is not a good idea anymore. Just as well i got my tokens coming in...
Good thing all my games is usually when i shake off the target is still in my front arc. The joys of myopic strategy.
