Warmachine at Legio

Area of Interest: Killing 'casters/'locks
Location: Legio Malaysia

Anyone interested in going to legio this upcoming Friday? I strongly recommend we have an early dinner (by ourselves) and set up a meet-up point at 7pm somewhere. We will then carpool/convoy over to Legio and when we reach at 8pm, we should be able to have enough games in before it closes.

FYI, Legio have ONLY 2 RULES that we must observe:
1) NO SMOKING within the premises
2) NO FOOD/DRINKS on top of the gaming tables (I think this extends to bags and army storage boxes too)

Unlike widely perceived for some reason, one do not require fully painted models or a membership (fee) to game in legio. All we need is to inform the owners that we are coming before hand so they can estimate how many ppl would be gaming on that night, which is why I posted up this thread. Once I can get a few names in, I will shoot Jeff an E-mail stating our intentions and he should 'accomodate'.

Well where shall we meet up? since most of guys lives in DJ I would suggest meet up at Comics Corner DJ.

I reckon we put in a list of ppl who need transport and those who doesn't
then from there we decide what to do.

Regarding car pooling who be driving ?
One thing for sure I wont be driving if car pooling as I doesn't know the road and my car is fill with work stuff.

Yeah! Jesse is right, transportation there should be our top discussion as it is a far and new place. My car can't go that far, safety issue... long story.

I will be one of the people driving, so some of you guys can carpool into my car. I suggest to meet in front of Lotus instead so when we come back, got mamak to hang out .

Since we are leaving by 7pm, i suggest meeting there by 6:50pm.

just a little note, legio is currently under a slight 'renovation' change, whereby our large gaming area is currently used to store some new factory equipment (it is a factory anyway) which just arrived recently and requires a cold area. hence the usual gaming area is atm moved to a smaller section but everything else is still the same.

also some news for them smokers, like me, we are allowed to smoke, at the parking area. haha hopefully there is some considering i always smoke alone on friday nights. btw, i mostly come to legio in an arsenal shirt and only reply to arzmi van persie or arzmi vermaelen.

As a clarification:

Meet in front of Lotus at 6:50pm latest, cuz the cars (me and maybe squee?) will depart at 7pm SHARP to Legio. The reason why I suggest such an early time is to beat the damn traffic!

Also, please have an early dinner because there's nothing to eat there at Legio (even if there is, doubt it's dinner material). Do note that after Legio closes and we drive back to Damansara Jaya, we will most likely have some mamak-time at Lotus.

As someone who had to that road during rush hour, I can safely say that 7pm is right in the middle of rush hour, especially on a Friday. Better to take your time and chill.

ahaha!!! legio is easy to get to if you know the way. If from bukit Jelutong make sure you turn into the correct junction other wise tak sampai la nama nye ahaha... best you meet up at the mamak along glenmarie road. from there make u turn and then left towards the factory. also note that parking in the building itself can be limited and tight. So you just might have to park outside if late.
