Warmachine and Hordes Steamroller Tourney [Singapore]

Dear members, we are pleased to announce the following event,

Warmachine/Hordes Steamroller tourney
19th December 2010, Sunday
Time: 11am to 8pm
Location: GamesGarage [No.3, Ruby Lane]
minimum attendance: 8 players
Entry fee: $15
4 rounds of Official Privateer Press Steamroller Format 2010
Judge: Me
Prizes: Official Steamroller prize support, Best Painted (Model) and Best Sportsman

Rules:
a) Models must be wysiwyg and at least 50% painted, players are allowed to use models from other ranges, provided that the models are converted to wysiwyg of the intended models that they are using.
b) Game Format will be Warmachine/Hordes MK2, Steamroller format. For more info, please go to http://www.privateerpress.com. Basically, players must bring 2 lists of 2 different caster/locks.
c) Armies allowed: Cygnar, Protectorate of Menoth, Khador, Cryx, Mercenaries, Retribution of Scyrah, Trollblood, Circle Orboros, Skorne, Legion of Everblight and Thornfall Alliance.
d) The judge reserves the final verdict on ruling issues
e) Each game will last for 1 & 1/2hrs max.
f) Each game turn will last for 7mins.
judge will call for last round when time is almost up.
g) Players are to build their list based in their respective force books. Pointage will be 35pts max.
h) Cheating will not be tolerated, a player found cheating will be DQed and considered his army totaled in that round. Full Points will be rewarded to his opponent.
i) Players are to submit their army list 3 days before the event so the judge can inspect and confirm the Legitimacy of their lists. You can PM, Email or just send the list to GamesGarage in hardcopy. My email is burgerking_777@hotmail.com. Players are also advice to bring their army list, own gaming templates and tape measure etc on the day itself.

Time Table:
1100 - getting your armies ready, briefing and pairing (Pls be on time for this! Players are adviced to have their breakfast before coming for the tourney)
1115 - Setting up for 1st round
1130 - 1st round
1300 - end of first round and lunchbreak

1345 - Setting for 2nd Round
1400 - 2nd Round
1530 - End of 2nd Round

1545 - Setting for 3nd Round
1600 - 3rd round
1730 - End of 3rd Round and short break

1745 - Setting up for last round
1800 - Last round
1930 - end of Last round and packing up

1945 - Tourney results and prize presenting
2000 - end of tourney
