Also depends on what type of game play your are looking for, army heavy, beast heavy, bashing, spellcasting etc.
Warcaster's popularity really depends on what kind of gameplay you want.
Units also depends on your play style, but most ppl includes the Beast Handlers.
As for Warbeast, the Titan Gladiator fits into most list.

I am looking at:
- bashing.
- lots of heavy warbeast + infantry.
- doesn't needs to be very fast movement, as long as stable, can move forward to enemy. (don't need to think too hard when playing that kind of playstyle).

Well, the PP faction forums is the best place to get list. Top of my head, list would probably be:
For bashing, Titan Gladiator will definitely make your list. After that, you can add a bronzeback and another Titan, whichever you like. Molik Karn is another option.
Army wise a lot of players like the full swordsmen with attachment, but it really depends on what you like.
Other than those, it really depends on what you want your army to have, and which warcaster you are using.

looking at using warcaster Lord Tyrant Hexeris.
Is Praetorian Karax playable more compare to Praetorian Swordsmen?

Hexeris is one of Skorne's stronger warlocks. Generally the swordsmen are better but it pretty much comes down to how you play them too.
As for a generic skorne model, you would want at least a Titan Gladiator and a min Paingiver Beast Handlers. You cannot go wrong there!
Once you are branching out, consider Molik Karn. He is one of the best WM model out there.
