Charging Movement/Spraying not dependant on front arc LOS
As brought up in our previous meet up, It is pretty much clarified (and checked within online WM community) that charge movement and spraying is not dictated by your front arc (but all targeting issues still are).
Consider Model A (small base) facing directly towards 12 o'clock and Model B (large base) is directly located at Model A's 4 o'clock (therefore, abit of Model B's base is within model A's LOS).
Model A can make a charge movement (legal due to valid LOS) by turning to its 5 o'clock and move.
or
Model A can spray Model B, centerline of the spray still placed crossing Model B's centerpoint (i.e. spray is centered on model B) therefore potentially hitting models out of Model A's LOS.
quoting pg 46,
and yes, the narrow end of the spray does not necessarily have to be in your front arc!
Thanks to uber fenris khador player for pointing it out. XD

quoting pg 60,After delcaring a charge, the charging model turns to face any direction that will bring it to within its melee range of its charge target, ignoreing terrain, the distance to the charge target, and other models.
Think of sprays as drawing a straight line from your model's centerpoint to the target's centerpoint. The centerline of the spray can help illustrate it better when laying the spray. When making a spray attack, center the spray template laterally over an eligible target with the narrow end of the template touching the nearest edge of the point of origin's base.

Does this means I can do this? (refer to image below). The spray template is not align to the center point of the model.

I don' see why not; i mean it just has to measure from edge of base, no?
Edit: Oh wait no; it has to be on the edge closest to the target.

That would be being too technical about it, but i presume it's correct as well.

This is correct. As mentioned in the OP, when placing a spray template, imagine there's a straight line directly over the center point of the origin of attack and the intended target. Next, place the center of the spray template (as indicated by the line in the middle of the template) directly on top of that imaginary line.

thanks for the rule clarification
