I'll start off shall I? With Eric's assistance I managed to put out a nice Iron Kingdoms desktop showing off some of the NPCs from my RPG Campaign.

That's a lot of players, dude! Awesome! I wish I had time for an RPG campaign... but it looks like you have more than enough players anyway!

Those are NPCs (Non-playable characters). I currently have 4 full-time PCs, 1 part-time and soon will have a 6th coming down from down under.

Oh, NPCs! I thought you had a nice mix of players there, for a moment. Nevertheless, I applaud your hardcore players!

Player Characters even more colorful... Makes these NPCs look far normal in comparison...

Gunmages are like Sorcerers in D&D; their power is innate and it can spring up in anyone, typically during adolescence. All gun mage academies do is help them refine the art. Carlos is an example of what happens when a Farrow bonks a gunmage over the head and nicks off with his magelock pistol, only to find it a perfect outlet for his own sorcerous potential and that his possession of the gift is what drew him to the shiny gun in the first place.
