WM Malaysia Nov Mini-Event

Format: Last Man Standing

Yes that's right! The format for WM Malaysia's Nov mini-event shall be Last Man Standing! For this particular evening, all games shall be played according to the Last Man Standing format! Take this opportunity to get familiar with the format used for the upcoming WM Malaysia League and feel free to give any feedback to 'lengchai' jasechew!

The following rules apply:-
Army Size: 25 pts, 2 Warcaster / Warlock of a single faction (Use the lowest WJ/WB bonus pts between the 2 chosen)

Point System
Wining : 1pts
Killing Caster : 1Pts
Jack/Beast Kills : 1Pts
Solo Kills : 1Pts
Wipe out units : 1pts
Painted models : 1pts
No Proxy models : 1pts
(This include conversion which is not up to PP conversion rules standards.
However If your opponent can accept your conversion / proxy u still get the points)

Notes
- Only one caster is played per game.
- As per norm, winner of the die roll decides who is the first player.
- The first player reveals which caster he will play first, then only the second player reveal his/hers.

as second player means i can choose my caster after i see the caster revealed by the first player?

if that is not the case... why not reveal at the same time?

as deploying first, the deployment may differ according to the caster i am facing.

Deploying at the same time isn't foolproof. Also, you can simply opt to be the second player if you wish to 're-act' to what kind of caster you are facing against.

Leaving it to chance? Since you have two casters anyway, so before start of round, declare both your casters, and roll a dice. 1-3 caster a and 4-6 caster b. This applies to both players at the same time.

So no such thing as second player have any distinct 'metagame' or better advantage.
